How to find a bottle?
1. By using our search engine by clicking on the search symbol next to “Cart”
2. By surfing on our promos on our “promo” tag on the top menu
3. By going directly to our pre-defined sections such as : wines / spirits / drinks / etc…
How do I pay?
– We accept VISA and MasterCard and payment is effected through the secured MasterCard Internet Gateway Service.
How can I be sure that my order is being processed?
– You will receive confirmation by mail
Where and when will I be delivered?
1. Our first option is to pick your order at our showroom at the address Industrial Park 1 at Riche Terre. If you choose this option kindly note that your order will be ready for collection within 2 working days.
2. Our second option is to request for a door-to-door delivery whereby your order will be ready and delivered within 3 working days (without prior notification).
What if I am not there?
– If you are not there we will do a second attempt (generally on the next working day)
– If we are unsuccessful your order will be redirected to the Riche Terre pick-up point (delivery fee not refunded) and we will inform you accordingly by mail
