    • How do I pay?
    • - We accept VISA and MasterCard and payment is effected through the secured MasterCard Internet Gateway Service.

    • How can I be sure that my order is being processed?
    • - You will receive confirmation by mail

    • Where and when will I be delivered?
    • - If you have chosen Floréal, Phoenix, Port Louis, Tamarin or Curepipe as pick-up point you will receive a mail within 3 working days to confirm order is ready for collection
    • - If you have chosen Riche Terre as pick-up point your order will be ready for collection within 2 working days
    • - If you have asked for a door-to-door delivery, you will be delivered within 3 working days (without notification)

    • What if I am not there?
    • - If you are not there we will do a second attempt (generally on the next working day)
    • - If we are unsuccessful your order will be redirected to the Riche Terre pick-up point (delivery fee not refunded) and we will inform you accordingly by mail

    • - Once you are eligible we will ask you to choose from your gift options that you will be able to collect at thewinestore.mu in Riche Terre. 

    • Do I lose my points?
    • - No. Points earned have a lifetime validity and are taken into account for you to reach the next level

    • How do I sponsor a friend?
    • - Talk about thewinestore.mu to your friend and on his/her first purchase you will BOTH win 500 bonus points.
    • - You can refer as many friends as you wish and win more bonus points as long as they mention your login when doing their first purchase
